People ASSUME that an agency and court system for children must be perfect and they are dead WRONG!
WHY do people have this assumption, where is knowledge obtained?
NOT IN THE NEWSPAPERS, NOT ON THE NEWS. PEOPLE just ASSUME that this childrens agency has to be perfect and that assumption couldn't be further from the truth.
DHS court cases are closed to the public. You cannot get access to DHS case records and DHS says it's to protect the children when in reality it PROTECTS DHS and the FAMILY COURT SYSTEM, allowing them to continue to violate the rights for families.
DHS had a case won against them for leaving a little girl in a home where she was repeated molested and that and many other horrible cases didn't make national news.
Parental rights are commonly terminated without proof of unfitness. Children are removed from their homes when DHS has no evidence of abuse
You may ask, if the system is unjust why isn't it talked about? DHS is a big business that gets 300 billion dollars annually in the USA and that money helps to keep their abuses silent!

JUDGE FLORA WOLF READ A NEGATIVE URINE TEST. DHS STATED THEY WANTED ME TO GO TO DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT AND SHE GRANTED THEIR REQUEST. THAT ACTION WAS IN VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. THEY CAN ONLY LEGALLY ORDER PARENTS FOR SERVICES THAT ARE NEEDED. I was humiliated by having to take a urine test in the presence of another female while on period, just because suggested by the psychiatrist who evaluated my child and said if I was to get my child back I should have to do whatever is recommended. His colleague stated that I should be subjected to random drug testing and alcohol treatment and he know I didn't have drug or alcohol problems.

I made child abuse reports to DHS because Emmitt complained to me that he was beaten in his foster home. When I told this to the judge in hearing with the alleged abuse present Judge Flora Wolf stated, "he's making it up to stay close to you" .... And I'll have it looked into which never occured. As similar to other reports made by parents with children in the custody of DHS my complaints were not taken seriously. In worse case scenarios children have been left in foster homes where there were repeated reports of them being molested..

The first time I visited Emmitt when he was taken into the states custody he looked very confused and traumatized and he said" Mom that man brought me here you didn't know where I was at Mom?" Before I left the lady at the St. Vincent's home told him that I was leaving and he broke down crying and asked me, "why don't you want me to go with you no more, why mom?" I held my six year old while he cried for about 10 minutes.
Five months after my 6 and a half year old son was in the custody of DHS we sat on a porch together and he heard a firecracker which he thought was a gunshot. My baby sat there crying Mommy that's a gun shot and I corrected him by telling him it's a firecracker. I wondered why my 6 year old would just sit there and cry and not come to me when he's afraid until I realized that he had been afraid, etc. for five months of his life without anyone to comfort him.

IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEASE JUDGE FLORA WOLF ORDERED ME TO GO TO DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT DESPITE CLEAN TESTS BECAUSE IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY A PSYCHIATRIST WHO EVALUATED MY CHILD.
HIS COLLEAGUE EVALUATED ME AND STATED THAT I SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS AND THE JUDGE ORDERED IT.
I WAS HUMILIATED AND HAD TO TAKE A DRUG TEST IN THE PRESENCE OF ANOTHER FEMALE WHILE I WAS MENSTRUATING

Every day in our country children are illegally taken from the homes of loving parents because of unfounded child abuse reports. Many of these children are never returned to their homes and are often left in foster homes where they are emotionally, physically or sexually abused.
Why are these facts, unknown? Money! DHS or whatever the agency is called in your state is a 30 billion dollar a year business. Children are adopted out SOLD for $4,000 to $6,000 each with your tax dollars. These figures are after DHS illegally keeps children in their care based on unfounded reports and collects from $45,000 to $90,000 annually per child with your tax dollars for illegally holding these children.

The media has told the world of dog fighting, animal abuse, why doesn’t the world know about twin boys who were raped by their foster father and testified in court. The message is our country cares more about animals then our children and the all mighty dollar is the deciding factor on what our media outlets report to the public.
The criminals working for the so called CPS rarely serve jail time for the crimes that they commit against the children.

Taking children from loving parents is emotional abuse and scars children.
In Florida CPS was ordered to pay a family 1.3 million dollars. Their mentally disabled teenage daughter was repeated raped and impregnated by her foster father.
